The K100 Air Wireless is compatible with Corsair's iCUE software, which supports both Windows and macOS, as well as XBOX One through USB 3.0 or 3.1 Type-A connections. While the keyboard does not support QMK or VIA customization, it includes four programmable macro keys and several dedicated hotkeys for functions like RGB control, WinLock, and media management. The keyboard also features per-key RGB backlighting, allowing for illumination customization.
The K100 Air Wireless is equipped with CHERRY MX Ultra Low-Profile tactile butterfly switches, though it is not hot-swappable. Corsair advises against removing the keycaps to avoid damaging the complex butterfly switches, which may deter users interested in keyboard maintenance or customization.
