The MX Mechanical Mini is a compact and reliable keyboard ideal for productivity users on the move. With three mechanical switch options and full customization of the F-row, users can personalize this keyboard to their liking.
In the Box, the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini comes with minimal accessories, including the keyboard itself, a Logi Bolt wireless receiver, a USB Type-A to Type-C cable, and user documentation. It features a compact 75% layout, complete with a full programmable function row and shared media control keys.
Constructed with an aluminum top plate and plastic chassis, the keyboard has minimal board flex. The keycaps are made from ABS plastic, but do have a slight soft coating which will help with the finger oil shine with prolonged usage. Through testing, the keyboard demonstrated a smooth, quiet typing experience, which makes it ideal for hybrid workers. It can be connected via Bluetooth or wirelessly with the included Logi Bolt receiver.

The Logitech MX Mechanical Mini is fairly customizable within the Logi Options+ software. Users can customize the entire Function row (F-row), and can easily switch between F-row functions and personalized functions.
Users can also adjust the white backlighting with various options and effects. The backlighting auto-adjusts to ambient lighting, and is activated with a hand proximity sensor.
The keyboard offers up to three multi-device capabilities that can easily be connected using the preset buttons. It is compatible with Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, Linux, and iPadOS systems making it very versatile.
Featuring Kailh Choc V2 Low Profile switches with three switch options—Linear, Tactile Quiet, or Clicky— the MX Mechanical Mini performs best for everyday tasks, with relatively high latency in Bluetooth mode, and above-average results with the Logi Bolt receiver. Labs tested the Tactile Quiet switches.
Its quiet tactile switches provide a responsive yet comfortable typing experience. While it may not be the fastest keyboard, it is designed for everyday office productivity, rather than high-speed gaming.

The MX Mechanical Mini does not come with a wrist rest and features two adjustable incline angles. Its low-profile design makes it suitable for extended typing sessions without causing too much discomfort.
